Co-Extruded Film
Film properties and performance standards required by Adjuvant's customers are as diverse as they are. Tensile strength, abuse resistance, seal-ability and gas barrier properties vary widely by application. Adjuvant’s seasoned team of experts specializes in performing the extensive trials needed to identify the most suitable film construction for each customer’s applications.

Adjuvant offers 7 and 9-layer barrier co-extrusion techniques, utilizing combinations of nylons, EVOH and metallocene LLDPE in conjunction with specialized sealants and adhesives. Custom-designed barrier structures provide cost-effective packaging solutions and optimized product protection. The latest 9-layer technology opens up new opportunities in areas such as high barrier thermoform and specialized form, fill and seal applications. World-first technology combined with years of experience in producing sophisticated co-extruded barrier films allows Adjuvant to develop customized packaging solutions wherever needed.

Flexible (Laminated) Films

Adjuvant offers the following film products:

• High barrier Products
Including controlled and modified atmosphere packaging for food, medical, personal care and non-food applications. Products include complex barrier, multi-layer polymer film structures and laminates. Value is added through flexography and rotogravure printing as well as pouch production. Primary markets are processed and fresh meat, liquids, snacks, cheese, coffee, condiments, candy, pet food, personal care and medical packaging.

• Polyethylene products
These include monolayer and co-extruded polymer films that have been converted to bags, roll stock or shrink over wrap. Value is added through flexography printing. Primary markets are bakery products, seed retail, lawn and garden, ice, fresh produce, frozen vegetables, shrink-wrap, tissue, and sanitary products.

• Paper Products
Including multi-wall and single ply paper bags, balers, printed-paper roll stock, and bag closing materials. Primary markets are pet products, seed, chemicals, dairy products, fertilizers, feed, minerals, flour, rice and sugar.
